Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: You can book online through our booking page or call the spa directly. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends or couples treatments.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Some treatments and packages require a deposit at the time of booking. This will be clearly shown during checkout.
Q: What should I wear to my appointment?
A: We provide towels, and slippers. For treatments, disposable underwear is available and you’ll always be covered appropriately. Please bring swimwear if your booking includes spa facilities.
Q: Is there parking nearby?
A: Yes, there is pay-and-display parking close to the spa. We’re also a short walk from London Bridge and Tower Hill stations.
Q: Do you offer treatments during pregnancy?
A: Yes, we provide pregnancy-safe massages and facials. Please let us know you’re expecting when booking. We generally recommend treatments after the first trimester.
Q: Are gift vouchers available?
A: Yes. Gift vouchers are available online or at reception and can be used for any treatment or package.
