Terms and Conditions for 10-Massage Package
 
Package Overview
The 10-Massage Package is available for purchase at £570.
The package includes ten (10) individual massage sessions, each lasting 25 minutes.
After purchasing the package, you will receive a unique code that must be provided when booking each session.
This code is required to redeem the massage sessions included in the package.
Validity Period
The package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Unused massages will expire after the validity period, and no refunds will be given for unused sessions.
Non-Transferable
The package is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name appears on the package.
Sharing or transferring sessions to other individuals is not permitted.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session.
Refund Policy
The 10-Massage Package is non-refundable once purchased.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of management, provided no sessions have been used.
Booking Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
We recommend booking sessions early to secure preferred dates and times.
Health Conditions
Clients must inform the therapist of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries before each session.
The spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a condition is deemed unsafe for the client or therapist.
Modifications
The spa reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of the package at any time. Any changes will not affect packages already purchased.
Liability
The spa is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during the sessions due to undisclosed medical conditions or client negligence.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the 10-Massage Package, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
